• نحرص في شركة سيمترية على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نتيح إمكانية إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم وبنفس التغليف.

• في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع، تتحمل الشركة تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع بالكامل.

• إذا رغب العميل في الإرجاع لأي سبب آخر، يتحمل تكاليف الشحن.

• بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7 أيام عمل.

• At Symmetrya, we care about customer satisfaction and offer returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

• If the item has a manufacturing defect, the company covers all shipping and return costs.
